Consumer Confidence Improves but Expectations for Jobs and Raises Decline

While the release shows an improvement, consumer confidence has not really gone anywhere for most of 2010, as seen in the chart above. Also, the consumer confidence number is well below 80 which usually marks a strong economic environment.
