Why did we only buy Visa and not Mastercard in qualifying all-stock accounts? Are they not essentially the same company and therefore the bull and bear arguments should be the same? If the bullish arguments outweigh the bearish arguments for Visa (V) then shouldn’t this be the same for Mastercard (MA)? The answer is yes except for one area, price and valuation.
